Rossburnlane Farmhouse is situated next to a quiet country lane in the farming district of Blairdrummond, 5 miles North of Stirling. This country setting allows you to enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding farmland towards the hills and mountains all around.

Location

Rossburnlane Farmhouse is situated 5 miles North of Stirling. Blairdrummond Safari Park is just a short walk or drive along the road as is the main A84 road which leads to Callander and the Trossachs where you will find some of the finest scenery Scotland has to offer.

Rossburn has recently been refurbished to an excellent 4 star rated high standard with quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a wood burning stove, the main bathroom and a large twin bedroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom, another twin room and a shower room. All beds are made up for your arrival with fresh cotton bedding.

Excellent 4 star rating
Rossburn sleeps up to 6 people plus baby, although there is plenty of space for an extra guest. It has ample parking space, a private garden and courtyard, ideal for summer barbeques.

You will find fresh flowers on your arrival along with a complimentary tray set with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and shortbread. For your convenience a small supply of domestic goods (toilet rolls, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid etc) is also provided. There is a good selection of games, books, CD's, DVD's, local maps and plenty of tourist information.

Modern Facilities
Electrical goods include a colour digital TV, DVD and CD player, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The house has oil central heating with radiators in all rooms. Logs for the fire are provided at no extra charge.

There is also a BBQ and garden furniture for you to enjoy. Please note we do not accept pets and smoking is prohibited in all of our properties.

Things You Need To Know

High chair, cot (cot linen not included) and fold down bed for an extra guest are available on request (£10 charge for an extra guest).

Directions

Directions to Rossburnlane Farmhouse from the North and South
Travel North/South on the M9 motorway, leave at Exit 10 and head onto the A84 North (signed for Doune, Callander, Crianlarich and Blairdrummond Safari Park), travel along the A84 for about 1½ miles until you see a left turn signed Sommers Lane (directly opposite the right turn for the Safari Park). Go straight down to the bottom of Sommers Lane, turn left and Rossburnlane Farmhouse is the first house on the left (it has a bright green door).

We do not allow any pets except guide dogs.
