Within easy reach of the historic town of Builth Wells, perfectly placed at the gateway to the Brecon Beacons, the Wye Valley, Welsh Coast line and within easy driving distance to Snowdonia. The large beamed lounge with wood burning stove in the stone fireplace, providing a cosy comfortable room. Beamed, fitted well equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, full size electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, fridge and freezer. Electricity and central heating is by meter.
The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably and offers two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one room with a single bed and 1 set of 3ft pine bunk beds, a ground floor single bedroom (in large hall) and bathroom. A cot is available.
