The Grampian Mountains form a distant backdrop and across the river stands the fair city of Perth, with its acclaimed open spaces, riverside walks and many cultural attractions including a Victorian theatre and a contemporary concert hall, only 2 miles away.

There are many RSPB sites and National Trust properties close by.

The village of New Scone sits close to the A94 only 2 miles North of Perth, giving easy access to explore Perthshire, Angus and coastal Fife - St Andrews is a popular tourist destination only 35 miles East, making this charming cottage an idyllic base to discover this glorious area of Scotland.

Kitchen: Well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, combined fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumbler dryer and dining area.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, W.C. and hand basin.

Bedroom 1: With 2 single beds.

Bedroom 2: With 2 single beds.

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. We have a cot available.
