It is surrounded by some of the most spectacular and picturesque landscapes of Perthshire. Located in the heart of Scotland, the mountains, lochs and rivers create dramatic backdrops to the Lodge.

Duchally Lodge is a 5* rated 3 bedroom selfcatering cottage, which forms part of Duchally Country Hotel in Auchterarder, 2 miles from Gleneagles in Perthshire. One of 55 luxury lodges within the extensive grounds of the estate, guests can enjoy the relaxation, informality and space of being in your own home for the duration of your holiday, yet also benefit from the elegant and extensive facilities the hotel has to offer.

Duchally Lodge is elegantly furnished, simply to the highest standards possible. Each room is fully furnished with every modern convenience, and lacks for nothing. Duchally Lodge is equipped with TV, DVD player, comfortable beds and luxurious linen.

The spacious living accomodation provides you with everything you would expect from 5* rated accommodation. The lounge is provided with comfortable sofas and easy chairs, elegant furnishings and high quality lighting, TV, music centre etc. Luxury holiday accomodation at its best!

The open plan lounge dining area adjoins the beautifully finished kitchen area. The kitchen area is equipped with full cooking facilities (if you chose to not to use the hotel restaurants), including cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

As guests at Duchally Lodge, you are entitled to use the extensive facilities of Duchally Country Estate (some facilities are subject to extra charges).

Leisure Centre

The 5* standard leisure centre houses a heated indoor swimming pool, children s pool,gym, steamroom, sauna and spa. Also you will find a rustic cafeteria where you can buy snacks, coffees and soft drinks.

Things You Need To Know

Parking is available in the drive. Please do not bring more than 3 small/medium cars; and please do not park in the parking spaces opposite, they belong to the National Trust and you may be clamped.

Edinburgh and Glasgow are both within an hours drive (either to the cities or to the airports) and Perth is just 15 minutes away. leneagles railway station is only a short taxi drive from the Lodge.
