The Hollies is of a very need and tidy appereance, the front garden displaying newly planted boarders and hanging baskets whilst an established garden is to the rear, which is well concealed for guests to enjoy. It is centrally situated close to the town centre, and is convinient for shops and local amenities and services.

Location

Situated in a secluded backwater near the oldest part of Thame. The Hollies is just five minutes walk from the centre of our historic little market town, with views across to the C13th church.

Inside, the house is fresh and immaculate throughout. Stripped mahagony floors and antique furniture add elegance to the comfortable lounge which features and attractive, cast iron canopy gas fire. You dine in the light, spacious conservatory. The modern, fully-equipped fitted French kitchen and utility room give you the freedom to enjoy your holiday with all the comforts of home. And the prior arrangement, essential groceries (e.g., fresh milk, eggs, butter and bread) can be purchased ready for your arrival.

Upstairs, sunlight pours into two beautiful double bedrooms through large velux windows - the sloping roof accentuating their rich cottage styling. Fitted cupboards provide plenty of starage space, and one bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower. A futher washroom with a toilet, wash basin and shaving sockets complements the gleaming bathroom downstairs.

Living Room - The lounge appears comfortable and presents well, with a mixture of wooden and rug flooring, excellent curtains and very good furnishing all well maintained and in very good condition. Easy setting appears comfortable. Lighting levels throughout the public areas are good and heating is efficient and supplied wityh a central system and fire in the lounge. A colour TV with remote control plus a video are of a good standard. A portable stereo wwith some CD's is also well featured.

Bedrooms - All beds are new and of a high quality and appear very comfortable with good quality covers, bedding and linen supplied. A mixture of modern style and antique furniture provide sufficient clothes storage and dressing table facilities.

Kitchen - Light, bright and airy, with modern units with non-porous surfaces proving good food storage and sufficient work surfaces. A very good range of equipment includes a microwave, built in oven, mixed hob and extractor, dishwasher and automatic washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.

Bathrooms - There is a shower actually in the room of one of the upper rooms, and a separate w.c. and basin on the upper floor plus a grtound floor bathroom. Liquid soap is provided.
