Things You'll Love

The Nest is quaint and quirkey all in one. It has wonderful views of the sunset over the local town of Abingdon.

You can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine sitting on the patio area in its own garden.

It is a very light and sunny appartment with a huge window in the sitting area that is the full gable end of the barn.

There are many beams and historic features but the decoration and furniture is modern and the facilities offered are 4 star.

Location

The location is ideal.

There is excellent access to the A34, M4 and M40, Didcot and Oxford train stations and regular bus services from Abingdon to many local towns.

You can leave your car and walk to the town centre of Abingdon. Here you will find shops, banks and museums as well as many pubs and restaurants.

You can catch a bus or in the summer even a boat into Oxford that is only 8 miles away, to enjoy all it has to offer.

There are many places of interest from Legoland Windsor to the Cotswold to enjoy as a day out.

Owner's Description

This is our favourite self catering unit. It is quirky and very diffeent but it has something about it that all the staff and guests realy like.

Things You Need To Know

The Nest has stairs leading up to the first floor accommodation and so is not suitable for elderly or disabled guests.

It may also not be that suitable for todlers although we can place a stair gate at the top of the main stairs. There are also stairs inside the appartment leading to the bathroom and bedroom.
