Location

Kirkwall is about 10 /15 mts walk from the middle of town and not far from the north / south road to all of Orkney , so very easy access to all attraction of the islands.

Owner's Description

is a modern semi-detached 3 *** Visit Scotland listed bungalow in a desirable part of the capital of Orkney. It is just under a 15 minute walk from the town centre's shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and other attractions. It has a view over part of the town towards Wideford Hill and Scapa.

The house was only built in 2003 and is equipped to a high standard having one double bedroom,TV, and en-suite shower room and a twin room, both rooms having built in wardrobes, and clock radio alarms. The whole house has fitted carpets; the family bathroom has an electric over-bath shower plus a shaving socket and a mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine and numerous other appliances.

The whole house is heated with oil by a combi boiler, the lounge has a television/DVD/CD player music centre with Freeview television, a large settee and a pair of recliner leather chairs and footstools.

All heating, lighting and linen is included in the hire cost.

Things You Need To Know

Parking is for 2 vehicles, we meet our guests on the road between the landing port and Roselea and escort them to Roselea. We also meet guests at the airport and meet the 11:15 pm arrival of the Northlink Line ferries from Aberdeen or Shetland.

Directions

Roselea is found on Royal Oak Road in Kirkwall Orkney Isles .
To get to Orkney there are 4 shipping routes as well as flying in from mainland Scotland.
On landing we will meet you on the way to Kikwall after you land and escourt you and your party to Roselea, we even meet Hrossey Or Hatjland ships arriving at 11:45 pm from Shetland or Aberdeen.
Roselea is situated to the west of Kirwall of the Holm road to St Marys and St Margarets Hope where the Short sea crossing Pentalina arrives.
