Apartment 23 is on the four and fifth floors of an old depository built in the nineteen hundreds for the manufacturing of pipes for organs, especially for the Norwich Cathedral.

Owner's Description

The main living room is south-facing with large double-glazed windows looking over the city. There is a roof garden and lift for the sole use of the residents.

There is a television with freeview and a DVD player. A very large comfy setee makes it a relaxing place to chill out. The bathroom with shower is on the same floor. Towels and bed linen is included.

The kitchen is equipped with washing machine/ dryer, dishwasher and microwave and a large fridge/ freezer.

The large wooden 5 foot bed is on the mezzanine floor, where there is also an enormous walk in wardrobe.

Things You Need To Know

There is a parking permit for your car, although you will be so central that you don't need to use your car unless you want to go to explore Norfolk.
