Our cottages were lovingly converted in 2007 and have been impeccably designed so that not a single feature scrimps on style, comfort or luxury. We have just been awarded a 5 star rating from Visit Britain and it is not difficult to see why our cottages are a cut above the rest. Step inside and you will find plump sofas, king size beds, luxuriously equipped kitchens, beautiful bathrooms and spacious living areas. Hawthorne cottage has a beautiful south facing terrace complete with outdoor seating and barbeque ideal for alfresco meals with superb views of the Lincolnshire countryside. Your private hot tub is enclosed by a pergola meaning it can be enjoyed in all weathers!

The spacious open plan lounge/Kitchen/diner has large feature windows with French doors leading to the South facing terrace. The cottage is fully central heated with double glazing throughout. Sumptuous leather two seated settees provide a comfortable sitting area to relax or to view the 42" flat screen TV with the benefit of cinema surround sound with DVD player and free view. Throughout the cottage you will find stunning contemporary art work, wonderful wood carvings and accessories which all complement the design scheme.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to a very high standard with Ceramic Hob, Fan Assisted Oven, fridge freezer, Washing machine, Stainless Steel Microwave, Toaster and Kettle. A comprehensive range of crockery, cutlery, cookware and cooking utensils are provided. The dining area is complemented by a wood dining table with comfortable chairs

Both bedrooms are superbly appointed with king size carved and wrought iron beds. All the furniture is handcrafted rustic oak with ample storage space. Both rooms have a 42"flat screen TV with DVD player and free view. A digital safe is also provided. Both Bedrooms have fitted carpets, Comfortable mattresses and coordinating linen

A fully tiled family bathroom complete with a large walk in Shower, basin, Soft towels and complimentary toiletries.
