Prospect Farm Country Cottages are set within 40 acres of green land and have been 4-star rated by The English Tourism Council.

Set in a quiet and tranquil part of the country; in Brigsley, near Grimsby & Cleethorpes on the east coast of England close to the Lincolnshire Wolds, each cottage steps out into a wonderful courtyard in full summer bloom with benches for your total relaxation.

Prospect Farm Country Cottages are situated down a long leafy lane which opens up into a large expanse of well kept private grounds and pasture fields with horses grazing. We have ample safe and illuminated parking.

We have a private well stocked fishing pond for guests, which is set in 40 acres of farm land. It is idyllic, for a peaceful break. The area boasts a number of good golf courses.

The cottages comprise 4 luxury cottages set around a courtyard. Each cottage is fully equipped and includes 2 bedrooms, lounge, bathroom and dining kitchen.

Honeysuckle Cottage has double and twin bedrooms.

Clematis has a single and twin bedrooms, ( this is also suitable for disabled guests).

Rose Cottage has a double and a single bedroom.

Wisteria has a double bedroom downstairs and a twin bedroom upstairs.

Honeysuckle, Rose and Wisteria have a bathroom with bath and power shower over, toilet and wash basin and Clematis has a wet room with power shower, toilet and wash basin. All the cottages are supplied with luxury toiletries, towels and bed linen is supplied.

All the kitchens are equipped to a high standard, with a full oven and hob, extraction fan, dish washer, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, freezer and food processor etc as well as all the kitchen cupboard bits.

The lounges all have television, video, radio, C.D and cassette players. There are also a selection of books, cassettes and videos, as well as glossy magazines, fresh flowers and tourist information.

There is a welcome tray with tea, coffee and a home made cake etc. and the milk is in the fridge.

Outside, there is patio furniture for each cottage as well as a BBQ (either gas or charcoal) for guests use.

We have just converted another 6 stables into 2 studios, which consist of a kitchen/diner and a large double bedroom with en suite shower room.
