Owner's Description
Entering through the French doors, the airy and spacious living space is an area where all the family can relax in style. Freeview digital television, radio and a DVD/CD player are provided for your entertainment. There is an attractive fireplace with background heating from low wattage electric panel heaters.
The well planned and equipped dining kitchen has a conventional cooker, fridge (inc. freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils, crockery and cutlery necessary to make your stay as straight-forward as possible.
A complimentary welcome tray with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits awaits you on arrival. Books and magazines are provided together with games and jigsaws for a rainy day.
The efficiently designed, cosy bedrooms contain fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a dressing table. All beds are made up ready for your arrival and hairdryers are provided in both rooms together with electric panel heaters.
The well equipped bathroom has a small bath (ideal for babies and toddlers) with shower over and also houses the washer/dryer.
Towels and bedding are provided.
Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in the lodge.
There is ample car parking space outside the lodge and you are welcome to leave your car at the farm should you wish to go exploring the local countryside on foot.
Public transport to Leicester and Market Harborough is available from the village (1 mile).

A high chair and travel cot can be provided with prior arrangement. Please bring your own cot bedding.
Directions
From the East- From A47, take B6047 towards Market Harborough. At the A6 junction, turn right and continue to Kibworth Beauchamp. Turn left off A6, following sign for Fleckney. Continue through and out of village approx 2 miles to T junction signed Fleckney right and Saddington left. TURN LEFT (away from Fleckney), go up hill and then TURN RIGHT towards Shearsby. Take the first right (after approx 1 mile) signed Arnesby and continue to the bottom of this road. Turn right and you will be able to see the farm on your right. Please use the second entrance in front of the cottage/farmhouse. Please note that this is a longer route, using mostly main roads, but there is a more direct, cross country route for the more adventurous amongst you which can be followed with most good road maps.
From the M1- leave the M1 at Junction 20 and head East towards Market Harborough on the A4304. After 4 miles, in the village of North Kilworth, turn left on the B5414 (towards Shearsby and Leicester). At the end, turn left heading north on the A5199. After approximately 2.5 miles, turn right at the crossroads towards Saddington (in front of AT Houghton Agricultural Engineers). Take the first left (after approx. 1 mile) signed Arnesby and continue to the bottom of this road. Turn right and you will be able to see the farm on your right. Use the second entrance in front of the cottage.
From the A14- leave the A14 at Junction 1 and join the A5199 heading north towards Husbands Bosworth. Continue through Welford and Husbands Bosworth, remaining on the A5199. About a mile past the Mowsley junction, turn right at the crossroads towards Saddington (in front of AT Houghton Agricultural Engineers). Take the first left (after approx. 1 mile) signed Arnesby and continue to the bottom of this road. Turn right and you will be able to see the farm on your right. Use the second entrance in front of the cottage.
From the M6- leave the M6 at junction 1 (Rugby) and head for Lutterworth on the A426. Go over the first roundabout (junction with the A5) and turn right at the second roundabout onto the A4304 towards Market Harborough.
