We are located at the start of the prestigious Queens Promenade, next door to Blackpool's famous Savoy Hotel, in an unrivalled corner position with each suite enjoying magnificent sea views. A perfect view point for Blackpool's famous Illuminations or just to relax watching the tide coming in and out.

Only 1 mile from the Winter Gardens & Tower and a short Tram ride to the world famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

Location

The Berkeley self catering suites, enjoy an unrivalled location, at the start of the prestigious Queen's Promenade, overlooking the Irish Sea and cliffs. We are just 1 mile north of the town centre, adjacent to the beautiful Gynn Gardens and close to the north shore Golf Club.

Blackpool is a good centre for those guests desiring to visit the surrounding beauty spots. The Lake District, Bleasdale Fells, Ingleton Falls and the Yorkshire Dales are all within easy motoring distance.

Owner's Description

Each suite is fully self contained, complete with equipped Kitchens, including cooker, microwave, and all cooking utensils, to the lounge we offer leather suites, televisions and DVD players and full central heating. Freshly laundered bedding awaits your arrival. All you need bring are toilet necessities and towels.

Each suite is spacious, we offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom newly furnished accommodation all with unrivalled sea views.

The Berkeley maintain high standards of comfort, cleanliness and friendliness, we ask our guests to co-operate with us, by leaving accommodation clean and tidy, and by avoiding undue noise, which may disturb other guests.

Each suite has one allocated and numbered Parking Space within the Properties Grounds.

Things You Need To Know

We offer pet friendly accommodation (selected suites only) to people of all ethnic backgrounds, religions and sexual preference without discrimination. Pets, like children are not to be left alone in the accommodation.

Our accommodation is aimed toward the family, couple and business market. For this reason we do not cater for 'party weekends' or similar, other groups may be welcome.


We have a choice of various sized suites over four levels, the building offers one step access and benefits from a portable ramp, for wheelchair users. We house the oldest lift in Blackpool dating back to 1926 which services all floors (N.B. the lift is not self levelling and will fit only a small wheelchair).

Due to the buildings architectural design, wheelchair users travelling alone will probably not be able to access the building.

Guests with hearing difficulties are welcome, if travelling with someone who, or can themselves recognise/hear the fire alarm system in the event of an emergency.

We will always do all we can to meet any specific needs. With this in mind we welcome all guest feedback and wherever feasible we will do all that is possible to make necessary improvements/adjustments.

With the exception of the Mobility and Monarch Suites, which are both non-smoking; smoking is permitted inside your suite with the exception of bedrooms, which are all designated as non-smoking. All other parts of the building are strictly non-smoking.

We do not cater to Sunday arrivals.
