Relax, explore and escape into the secluded peaceful surroundings of one of the most beautiful glens in the Highlands of Scotland. The house is within 5 miles from the Kincraig Wildlife park , Loch Insh watersports, Alvie stables, RSPB bird reserves, working sheepdogs and just 7 miles to Aviemore and Kingussie.
March House offers excellent Scandinavian style accommodation and facilities, set amongst mature Caledonian Pines.
There are Six bedrooms, five with ensuite and one private ( 12 adults, 2 children). Two doubles, Three twin and one family room.
There is a new modern kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven with a large fridge freezer.
There's a huge wood burning stove in the lounge, where there is plenty of room to chat and relax with maps, books and puzzles and a spacious pine conservatory filled with plants, pictures and natural finds with a stunning view.
Directions
The nearest airport is Inverness about an hours drive away. Easyjet now have two flights a day to Gatwick and Luton. For the most competitive rates on car hire it is possible to reserve a car in Inverness and have it delivered to the airport on your arrival. Approx £20 per.day
The nearest train and bus station is either Aviemore or Kingussie and it's only 7 miles by taxi out to the house. Approx. £9. We are happy to give lifts to local walks at any time please ask. Mountain bikes can be pre booked and delivered to the door.
By car we are about 2 and a half hours north of Edinburgh and Glasgow up the A9 from Perth, 1 hour from Fort William, a little less south of Inverness and Loch Ness and only a couple of hours out to the west coast and the islands.

Other Information
Self catering is available all year round and rates vary this year between £1000 and £1500 per week.
Linen and towels are included. The central heating is on a timer and is included but logs are not. A good house keeping deposit of £250 is due at the time of booking and will be returned less any breakages, extra cleaning, logs and excess use of utilities. The balance will be due one month before arrival date.
