'Eithin Bach' Holiday Cottage is set in a tranquil rural location, close to the world heritage castle town of Caernarfon, between Snowdonia National Park and the Lleyn Peninsular, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in North West Wales.
The cottage is surrounded by fields grazed by Welsh Mountain Sheep and there are stunning panoramic views of the sea and coast towards Anglesey, the Eifl Mountains and the Lleyn Peninsular and the hills and mountains of Snowdonia.

Our small holding, is located 4 miles from the Historical Royal Town of Caernarfon in North Wales, 3 miles from the award winning Blue Flag beach of Dinas Dinlle and within 15 minutes drive of Snowdonia National Park.
Within a 15 minute drive of Snowdonia National Park, the Lleyn Peninsular and the Isle of Anglesey, Cefn Eithin Holiday Accommodation is centrally located for tourists and outdoor enthusiasts. 'Eithin Bach' holiday cottage, near Snowdonia National Park, is a new luxury self catering holiday cottage since June 2006, and is part of a converted barn adjoining the main residence and former farmhouse of Cefn Eithin.
Our self catering barn conversion holiday cottage near Snowdonia, is double glazed and centrally heated throughout (during Winter and colder periods) and is furnished and decorated to the very finest possible standards.
It has two bedrooms, one spacious double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and armchair and a smaller bunk bedroom with wardrobe.
Our Snowdonia holiday farm accommodation has an open plan living area with very comfortable furnishings and lovely mountain views from the lounge area window.
Our holiday cottage near Snowdonia has a brand new fully equipped fitted kitchen/diner with breakfast bar separating it from the lounge area.
The kitchen/lounge of the holiday farm cottage is very well equipped with an electric oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV/DVD player, Radio/Tape/CD Player, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, high chair. A selection of books, games, DVDs and CDs are available for use.
Our Snowdonia holiday cottage has a luxurious brand new white en-suite bath and shower room with built in washbasin and toilet, a powerful walk in shower with feature glass bricks, a spacious bath, shaver point and heated towel rail.
Our Snowdonia holiday property has a secluded private patio area with table and seating area for use by its guests. There is ample parking.
Our holiday cottage also has a large 'garden field' with plenty of space for children to run and play and let off steam and also has its own goal post!
Bedding, towels, electricity and central heating (during Winter and colder periods) are included in the price unless otherwise specified. We can also supply a cot and high chair.
Things You Need To Know
Please note: Access to bunk bedroom is via double bedroom and bathroom.
The cottage is all on the ground level with no steps or stairs inside or outside the property. It is therefore ideally suited for young children and partially disabled guests. Please read our access statement or enquire further if more information is needed.
Directions
Directions: From A55 (North Wales Coast)
Get off A55 and follow A487 to Caernarfon.
Travel through Caernarfon in the direction of Porthmadog and Pwllheli.
Go through village of Bontnewydd.
Approximately 1.5 miles after Bontnewydd you will arrive at a small roundabout. Go straight ahead here (2nd exit).
After approximately 0.5miles you will arrive at a large roundabout. Go straight ahead here (2nd exit) onto A499 in the direction of Pwllheli.

After another 0.5 miles you will pass the Stables Restaurant and Hotel on the left hand side.
After another few hundred metres you will come to a 40 mile per hour sign. This is the hamlet of Bethesda Bach. (It is not sign posted)
After the 40 mph sign there is a bus stop on your left hand side and a turning to your left. (There is a small cottage here called 'Llwyn' and a 'boat storage' sign.)
Turn left onto this lane, pass two houses on your left then take first right following the boat storage sign.
'Cefn Eithin' is 30 metres down this road on your right hand side. (If you go to the boat storage house next door you have gone too far)
'Eithin Bach' is on the left side of the property to the right of the garage and the door to the property is on the left behind the fence panel.
Directions: From A487 Porthmadog
Follow the A487 in the direction of Caernarfon.
After the roundabout at 'Inigo Jones Slate Works' pass one more roundabout until you arrive at another large roundabout. Turn left here onto A499 in the direction of Pwllheli.
Then follow directions as above after the ***
