We offer you a warm welcome to Acacia Cottage.

The cottage is well positioned in the conservation area of New Town Colchester, built in the 1800s, & offers a very central location with only a few minutes walk to the town centre & all its facilities & off road parking at no extra cost.

Our cottage is very comfortably furnished & newly presented, offering a character property with all modern facilities. Light & spacious, it is ideal for families or couples on holiday or visiting relatives, or those working in the area.

The cottage benefits from full gas central heating, which makes for a very cosy get away any time of year.

We can accommodate from 2 to 4 people in two good sized bedrooms - one with twin beds and one with a double bed and a further room off this room with plenty of space for a cot or a extra Z bed if required. Each has a plenty of wardrobe and storage space and mirrors for your convenience. A hairdryer and shaver point are provided too.

The downstairs offers fairly open plan living space with comfortable relaxing lounge and a wooden floored dining room alongside a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen is fitted with a double oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and has access to the garden and patio area.

The dining room has seating for at least 4 people set in a bay window, with stairs on the other side for access to the first floor. A CD Radio is available here for your use.

The living room has comfortable seating for at least 5 people and a TV and DVD player.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over and plenty of cupboard space for your toiletries.

Garden furniture and BBQ with tools can be provided for you to eat alfresco in the secluded garden.

We offer short breaks from 2 nights or more to a few weeks lettings.

Pets are not allowed at this property unless they are guide dogs.

A welcome pack may be pre-ordered for your arrival at a cost of £14 to include tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, cereals, orange juice and confectionary. Children welcome from any age.
