Situated in the heart of Lewes near to Lewes Castle (Castle Ditch Lane gives it away!) you are literally be minutes away from everything.

A walk of a few hundred yards and you will be near to all the beautiful restaurants and pubs as well as the many places of interest including the Castle & Barbican, Ann of Cleaves House, The Old Priory, plus many beautiful parks and gardens.

Owner's Description

The Finings was the bottling store for the Old Beard's Brewery converted into luxurious accommodation comprising of two double/twin rooms and a well equipped shower room with heated towel rail, under floor heating throughout the bedroom area.

The loft style living room has many original features.

The Velux windows have remote controlled blinds and the living area is comfortably furnished with natural wooden flooring, colour television, a DVD and video player.

There is also a double bed settee for sleeping another two people. There is a dining area with seating for 6.

The kitchen area has granite worktops and is fully fitted with a gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Things You Need To Know

Car parking is nearby in residents and public car parking zones. Residents parking vouchers can be supplied for 70p a day.

Other Information

The property is available all year for holiday lets and short stays for £ 125 per night.

We have a travel cot & stair-gate if required. Linen and towels are supplied. Changeover day is Friday. The accommodation is non-smoking.

The property is also accessible to clients with disabilities.
