The accomodation incleds one double room with en-suite bath and shower one twin room with en-suite shower, a spacious south facing lounge and a well equipped kitchen leading to private dining room The kitchen entails a split level cooker and microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and ample cupboard space.

Follow signs for Beamish Museum A693 (1.5 miles),at the 2nd round about turn right to Ouston.

Go straight through the village passing the Red Lion Pub on your right hand side and then the garage on your left. Go straight on at the roundabout and take the first left at the bottom of the hill 'Low Urpeth Farm'.

There is ample parking.
