Relax in our south facing stone cottage, fully equipped with quality furnishings for four persons.

The accomodation includes one double room with en-suite bathroom, one twin room with shower en-suite, Cosy beamed sitting area combined with kitchen leading to a private south facing paved area with garden furniture.
The kitchen entails a split level cooker and microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

All food must be ordered a week before your arrival. All food must be paid for in advance and is non refundable.

Easily accessible from the A1M near Newcastle, Leaving A1 at Chester-le-Street junction 63.

Follow signs for Beamish Museum A693 (1.5 miles),at the 2nd round about turn right to Ouston.

Go straight through the village passing the Red Lion Pub on your right hand side and then the garage on your left. Go straight on at the roundabout and take the first left at the bottom of the hill 'Low Urpeth Farm'.

There is ample parking.
