Owner's Description
Adventure Cottages covers 240 acres in the heart of the beautiful Devon countryside. The splendid, old stone farm buildings surround a magnificent south facing courtyard. Grass terraces create a sense of timelessness.
Set in the middle of the South Hams the farm is well placed for easy access to the wonderfully varied South Devon Coast. Dartmoor, one of our finest national parks is to the north. The lovely Avon Valley and River is within a 10 mile radius. The A38, five miles away, opens up the rest of Devon and the West.
A friendly welcome is given by brothers Andrew & James Savery. They have supervised the exclusive conversion of the farm buildings to superb self contained family accommodation with excellent holiday facilities and indoor arena. Andrew and James also provide junior training on off-road motorcycles in the purpose-built soundproofed arena.
Accommodation at Adventure Cottages is comprised of four bespoke properties, each furnished and fitted to a high standard.
Traditional slate floors in the halls and bathrooms, combined with stripped pine in the living areas and carpeted bedrooms give a cosy feel to each of the cottages. Large comfortable sofas, rustic antique furniture and attractive rugs compliment the original paintings and designer touches to make you feel truly at home.
