Villa Capri is set in one of the finest positions in Torquay on the beautiful South Devon Coastal path, with glorious views over Torbay and Meadfoot Beach. Spectacular beaches and Torquay Marina are found just a quarter of a mile away along the coastal path. Architect designed and skillfully converted into delightful Self-Contained and fully equipped individual apartments. Villa Capri offers luxury and space without a heavy bill. Better than a hotel, with your own suite of rooms that includes a separate kitchen and bathroom, giving complete privacy.

Whatever your idea of a holiday is you are bound to find something to do in Torbay and the surrounding area. In Torquay alone we have theatres, cinemas, a model village, several museums, a range of beaches, and a whole host of other things to keep the whole family entertained. For the active holiday makers we have some fantastic coastal walks with breathtaking scenery the moment you walk out of your apartment. Even in the winter months we have a whole range of activities and events available to our guests.

Owner's Description

Villa Capri offers twelve apartments over four levels - Garden Level, Ground Floor, First Floor and Upper First Floor. All apartments have their own entrance hall, as well as having all electric kitchens complete with microwave, full-sized cookers, fridges and extractor fans.

Below are two examples of our apartments.

No. 1 - Upper First Floor
Sleeps 2 + 2 and has a South facing bay window with delightful views over Torbay and to Berry Head.

The entrance hall leads to tiled bathroom with shower, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom fitted with twin beds. Lounge/diner has Schreiber wall units, lounge suite, dining table and chairs, television and concealed wall bed. Tiled fitted kitchen with split-level cooker and hob, extractor, microwave, - all in Screiber units. Bedroom fitted with matching wardrobe and units, 3ft beds. Bedroom and kitchen double glazed, fitted with latest storage heaters for central heating (included, not on meter).

No. 11 - Garden Level with Own Patio
Sleeps 2 offering complete privacy, access to own patio, the main garden, plus outside eating facility in private surroundings.
Entrance direct to lounge/diner with television, easy chairs and concealed wall bed. Double glazed patio doors lead to private side garden with garden table and chairs. Kitchen fully fitted with microwave cooker, leads to fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower, heated towel rail, hand basin and toilet. Dressing room with wardrobes and dressing table. Double glazed and centrally heated for extra comfort.

Things You Need To Know

To maximise space within some of the apartments we have high quality concealed beds. When these beds are not in use they simply lift up and conceal themselves to look like a wall unit.

You simply make the bed, place the pillows evenly over the centre of the bed and then strap down with the simple Velcro® fastening straps and lift the foot end of the bed.

So simple a child could do it!

Other Information

Families, couples and Mature singles all welcome. We regret we cannot accept bookings from parties of young, single persons.

Car parking is on the premises with provision for one car per apartment. Should you wish to bring a second car we ask that you park off the premises. We request friends or guests of visitors to also park off the premises. All vehicles are parked at owner's risk. Any damage howsoever caused is entirely the responsibility of the owner and their guests (if any).

Dogs by arrangement only in apartments 5, 6, 11 & 12. Terms are £20 per week, small dogs £10 per week.
