Coarse Fishing..
Our one-acre lake is stocked with specimen carp, tench and rudd (record 30lbs 4oz!). Fishing is free of charge, with a maximum of two rods per person.
4 day short fishing breaks are available off-season.
A wide range of other fishing options, including sea angling, is available in the area.
Outdoor Swimming Pool
The heated outdoor pool (approx. 50ft x 25ft) is open throughout the summer months only and features balustraded walling giving a Mediterranean feel. An attractive summerhouse and covered barbecue area are adjacent to the pool.
Tennis
The en-tou-cas all-weather court is available for use free of charge. Tennis rackets and balls can be hired.
Outdoor play area with swings, rope swing, slide, climbing frame and lookout tower.

INDOOR FACILITIES
You may be excused for thinking you are in the wrong West Country because the games area is no ordinary building. It is an exceptionally beautiful construction on an American theme, a theme repeated throughout by the heavy balustrading, the galleried games area with skittles, table tennis, darts and air hockey, and the snooker/pool room with its Western saloon feel complete with veranda and rocking chairs.
A centre feature with herringbone brickwork and giant chess pieces completes the scene. There is also a fitness room and infrared sauna.
New from mid May indoor toddlers soft play area.
Approximately 30ft x 17ft, the indoor pool has a Gothic timbered ceiling and an upper gallery feature.
Elaborate, detailed brickwork and an inglenook fireplace complete this unique setting.
The pool is heated and open all year for the exclusive use of resident guests.

With a wide range of beaches and ancient towns such as Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes within a short drive, Malston Mill makes the ideal base from which to explore the delights of South Devon and Dartmoor.

First Floor: Bedroom 1 with four poster bed and ensuite bath, washbasin and WC.

For the whole family..
A beautiful setting in landscaped gardens. Malston Mill is a fishing venue the family will also love. While the keen fisherman sits by the lake the rest of the family or friends have exceptional facilities to keep them entertained.
The one-acre lake is stocked with large specimen Carp, tench & Rudd(record 28lbs!). There are also some huge trout for the fly fisherman. Fishing is free of charge, with a maximum of two rods per person.
Would suggest you consider the following. 9lb breaking strain. NO keep nets (we look after our fish)
They love bread, boilies, sweetcorn and chum mixers.
Most fishermen are delighted with their catch during their visit. Some find it easy, others struggle. How skillful are you?

Other Information
The gardens at Malston Mill Farm are beautiful whatever the season. From the daffodils in February right through to the vivid orange and red autumn colours in October/November. In between you have the cherry blossom, camellias and magnolias followed by the colourful perennials of summer and scented roses.
From the terraces and mixed borders, hot garden with tropical palms and bananas to the circular garden with its spectrum of colours there is so much for you to enjoy and of course sit and relax.
Wild life is also bountiful with many visitors including Fox, Badger, Small Deer, the Heron tries his/her luck on the side of the lake along with the kingfisher, moorhens, woodpecker, as well as our mallard ducks and even a mandarin duck has visited this year, the cuckoo can be heard from the woods as well as the odd owl, plus of course a variety of garden birds.
Who knows what you may be lucky enough to see. Leave the troubles of the world behind you and share our paradise for a week or two.
