Self-contained one-bedroom bungalow annexe adjoining owner's property providing comfortable accomodation for 2 persons.The lounge-diner has good quality sofa-bed that allows for occasional 3rd person/child.
The accomodation contains - large fitted bedroom with full bathroom and shower en-suite, fully fitted kitchen with washer electric cooker with gas hob and microwave. Sitting/dining room is equipped with colour TV and video, has relaxing chairs and a top quality sofa-bed for additional sleeping.
The level accommodation suits those whose walking is limited. The bungalow has an access for folding wheelchairs only.
There is a regular bus service to town and beaches (1 mile approx). Tennis court, golf course, gymnasium, facilities for fishing and horse riding are all based locally.
Things You Need To Know
We welcome a well-behaved dog but strictly by prior arrangement.
All linen is provided (except beach towels) as is all electricity, central heating and hot water.
Directions
From M5 leave at junction 30 signed Exmouth/Sidmouth. Follow A376 to Exmouth. On entering outskirts of town, look for 'Welcome to Exmouth' sign on left. Continue up hill and take second on left signed 'Iona Avenue Leading to Seymour Road'. Continue along Iona Avenue into Seymour Road. Saxonbury is the last bungalow on your left at the very end of the road.
Public Transport DirectionsFrom Exmouth bus & train station
Take A376 towards Exeter, turn right into Iona Avenue. Continue on into Seymour Road. At end of Seymour Road (at jct with Hulham Road) Saxonbury is on your left.
