Kendal Cottages offers luxurious self-catering accommodation in the heart of Kendal which is perfectly situated for two national parks: the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. This beautiful apartment has a stunning balcony view that overlooks the River Kent towards one of Kendal's famous bridges and to Kendal Castle beyond. The property is equipped all the modcons you would expect from a self-catering apartment, and a whole lot more you wouldn't. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and the main living area has a large flat-screen TV, Bose sound system and an iPod/iPhone docking station. There is free WiFi also. The apartment is in walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants, as well as Kendal's popular arts venue, The Brewery Arts Centre which has a two screen cinema and a regular programme of events. Bus and train stations are within walking distance should you prefer to leave the car at home. No smoking throughout. Sorry, no pets.
