We are ideally placed for an overnight stop en route to or from your destination.
Owner's Description
We have three ground floor, en-suite rooms plus two standard first floor rooms which share a bathroom.
All our rooms are centrally heated with hospitality trays, hair dryers, towels and colour TV.
We are open for guests all year round, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day.
Our Family and Spa rooms have a separate reception entrance.
Orchid Family Room
For the larger family, we can accommodate two adults and two or more children in our spacious family room. Children under twelve years old sharing with parents ½ the adult price. A cot is also available.
Sunflower Room
This double room is a bright, sunny room and ideal for the romantic couple.
Two people sharing costs from just £30.00 per person per night.
Garden Room
This room is equipped with spa bath and free- standing shower, washbasin and toilet. Accommodation consists of one double and one single bed. Cost is from just £30.00 per person per night. Children under twelve years old sharing with parents ½ the adult price.
Twin En-suite
Our Family or Garden Rooms cost from £32 per person per night when used as twin en-suites.

We have three first floor rooms which share a bathroom as follows.
Woodland Room
First floor twin bedded room from £27 per person per night.
Bluebell Room
Family room accommodating two adults plus one child from £27.00 per person per night. Children under twelve years old sharing with parents are ½ price.
Acorn Room
First floor single bed room from £27 per person per night
Swimming pool
The swimming pool is located in the grounds. It is available free to our guests and heated during the season and is covered by a permanent poly-tunnel.
The pool is open from May to September and is available to all of our guests, free of charge, except at times when it has been hired out to private parties.
The pool is available for exclusive hire at £12 per hour by arrangement for private parties.
Things You Need To Know
Friendly pets welcome by arrangement. Cost £2.00 per pet per night.
Please arrive after 3pm when your room will be available.
Earlier arrivals by prior agreement only. Departure time 10am on last day.

View MapFrom the South:
There is easy access to and from the M6 motorway from Briar Lea House.
Take the Galashiels exit (Junction 44) from the M6 and then take the A7 (marked Edinburgh Tourist Route) heading for Longtown.
On entering Longtown take the A6071 towards Brampton. This is also called Albert Street.
Briar Lea House is the first house on the right, past the Borders Business Park, and is situated just a minutes drive (half a mile) from the A7.
From the North:
Leave the A74(M) or A75 at the A6071 for Gretna and Longtown. Follow the A6071 until you meet the A7 just out side of Longtown. Turn right onto the A7, pass through Longtown looking out for the same rout number the A6071 this time to Brampton. It is a left turn just before the second pelican crossing. This is also called Albert Street.
Briar Lea House is the first house on the right, past the Borders Business Park, and is situated just a minutes drive (half a mile) from the A7.
