Meadowview Cottage is set in 30 acres of quiet tranquil farm land in the small hamlet of Trelash.
Although the cottage is within just 15 minutes drive of the rugged North Cornish coast it is also very easily reached from the M5 - just 60 minutes drive away.

Set in 30 acres of quiet tranquil farm land in the small hamlet of Trelash. A warm welcome awaits you from Debbie and Roger at Meadowview Cottage.
Meadowview Cottage is a unique conversion of a former shippon (milking parlour). The cottage is set in a very tranquil site with breathtaking views of the meadow and beyond down the valley towards Bude.
Bedrooms
The first bedroom offers a kingsize bed with the option of two singles. Included in this room is a vanity unit.
The second bedroom offers a double bed with ensuite facilities including a power shower.
The final bedroom offers two large single beds.
A travel cot and high chair are provided. Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.
All bedrooms have 17" LCD televisions complete with Freeview.
Bathroom The bathroom is well equipped with a shower bath, WC and vanity unit. The second bedroom also offers ensuite facilities including a power shower. All fittings are of a very high standard. Please note that although we supply bath towels you need to bring your own beach towels.
Living Room
Relax in a spacious lounge with comfortable seating. This room offers a 50 inch Plasma TV with Play Station 3 Blu-ray DVD, Sky package, Hifi (MP3 compatible) and wireless Broadband connection. An outgoing phone is provided allowing free unlimited local and national telephone calls.
The Garden Room
Extending on from the living room the Garden room offers breathtaking views overlooking the garden, meadow and valley beyond. A dining room table and chairs are provided.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge and microwave together with a washer/dryer washing machine and a dishwasher. All the crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment are provided.
The Sauna
A unique bonus to Meadowview is a Scandinavian log cabin sauna incorporating exercise equipment and power shower.
Garden 1
Leading on from the garden room lies a private lawned garden with wavy path which leads to a large patio complete with barcecue on which you'll find a large wooden table and chairs.

Within the log cabin there is a shower, exercise equipment and an extra fridge/freezer which is useful for storing cold drinks and ice.
Also provided is a radio, CD and tape player for your enjoyment.
The sauna accommodates two people.
The log cabin also provides a covered seating area with four wicker chairs. Although there is no smoking within the cottage itself smokers will enjoy this covered area on rainy days.
Anyone with a medical condition should seek their Doctor's advice before commencing use of the facilities provided. Please note that no person under the age of 16 is allowed in the sauna.
Bring your laptop and make use of our wireless internet facility at no extra cost. Connection instructions will be supplied on arrival.
We hope you will enjoy use of the cottage's 50 inch Plasma television which is connected via Sky - 4 Mix plus Sports 1 and Movies 1. A Play Station 3 Blu-Ray DVD player is provided as is a CD/radio hifi (MP3 compatible).

DISCOUNT RATES: The cottages sleeps 6 people. During off-peak periods we offer discounts for smaller groups. Please contact us for details.
Optional Housekeeping
Why not make the most of your holiday and take advantage of our optional housekeeping service. Either take off the occasional day or really treat yourself and opt for our daily service.
We can either clean the cottage completely or just refresh the kitchen and bedrooms.
Option 1:
Our housekeeper will make your beds, refresh the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and sitting room.
£50/day (reduced rate for a week: £225)
Option 2:
Our housekeeper will make your beds and tidy the kitchen each day.
£30/day (reduced rate for a week: £150)
