Location

Bullpen Cottage is part of Lower Trewince Farm, which stands in it's own grounds of some eight acres along with it's own small river and wildlife ponds. It nestles in a secluded position at the head of Porth Valley. The farm is approached down a long private drive, so privacy is assured.
Porth is situated in an area of outstanding beauty and is noted for it's rugged cliffs, fine sandy beaches and unique coves. It is possible to walk for miles along the golden sands or coastal footpath.
Newquay, origginally a small fishing village and which has grown into one of the top holiday resorts in the country is near enough to take advantage of it's many attractions but distant enough to avoid if peace and tranquillity are sought.

Bullpen Cottage has been totally reurbished for 2009.

There is full central heating and hot water systems.

Safe and convenient car parking is in very close proximity to the cottage.

There are no shared facilities.

Bullpen Cottage is under the personal supvision of the owners, ensuring high standards, care-free holidays and the best possible value for money.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Beach towels are not provided.

All services and facilities are included in the cost - there are no extra or hidden charges.

Downhill into PORTH.
Beach on left.
Mermaid Inn on left.
Climb uphill.
Towards the top turn right into TREVELGUE ROAD.
Proceed along TREVELGUE ROAD - past WHIPSIDERRY HOTEL on right.
Past Trevelgue Leisure Park on left.
Past Smugglers Haven on left.
Past Tregustic Holiday Park on left.
Past horse stables on left.
Keep going down the NO THROUGH Road.
[Ignore the No Entry, Private and No Turning Beyong this Point signs].
Through gate post at start of Lower Trewince Farm and onto private drive.
