Location

Located in a quiet leafy corner of this attractive village, away from the public road, this chalet and cottage have been carefully designed to integrate with their rural environment. They are ideally situated approximately half a mile from Taynuilt village where you will find various amenities such as shops, railway station, post office and a nine hole golf course. There are also several good hotels in the area - one of which is within walking distance.

The spectacular scenery which surrounds the village is a haven for hill walkers, nature lovers or simply those who enjoy peace, quiet and tranquility. Beautiful Loch Etive with majestic Ben Cruachan is the perfect setting for a pleasant boat trip or fishing.

The nearest town is Oban (12 miles west) which is a ferry point for cruises to the surrounding islands and has a variety of shops, an indoor swimming pool/leisure club, ten pin bowling and a cinema.

This cosy cottage has had its kitchen upgraded this year. It is a lovely cottage for two (twin room) but can accommodate a family of four as the sitting room has a sofa bed. It has a well equipped kitchen/dining area with washing machine, dishwasher and free standing cooker etc. It also has a shower room with w.c., whb and shower.

Coming from Glasgow, you follow the A85 towards Oban. When you get to the signpost for Taynuilt you continue until you see a signpost for Kirkton on the left hand side of the road. Turn right at this signpost and go along the road for 300 metres until to you come to Dalry - where you can collect the key for your accommodation.

From Oban, you should continue past the petrol station which is on your right hand side until you come to a signpost for Kirkton on the right hand side of the road. Turn left at this signpost.
