Swift Cottage
Ground floor: Sitting room with wood burning stove and well equipped dining kitchen. 1 Double Bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC.

First Floor: 2 bedrooms- 1 double and 1 Twin
Garden with outdoor Furniture and barbecue.

Sitting Room
Wood burning stove, twin sofas, widescreen colour television, Satellite TV, table lamps, DVD & CD players. Wooden floor with rugs. Decorative stone fireplace and archway through to dining kitchen area.

Dining Kitchen
A bright spacious dining kitchen area with patio doors opening on to the patio. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob cooker with extract canopy. The dining table seats 6.

Double Bedroom Downstairs
The bedroom is spacious with ample wardrobe and drawer space and is bright and airy. Wooden floors with rugs.

Bathroom/Shower Room
Wooden floor finishes and three piece white suite including bath, with shower and screen.

Things You Need To Know

No extra charges are made for a well-behaved dog although you will be responsible for any damages and cleaning. You will appreciate that Nettle Cottages is to a high standard. and you are welcome to walk your dog around the garden and amongst the trees but are required as a responsible dog owner to properly dispose of any little messages.

By Train and Bus
Aberdeen is the main rail terminal, with direct services from London Kings Cross, Edinburgh and Glasgow. The bus terminal is situated 100 metres from the railway station. Buses leave at hourly intervals for Turriff.

By Car
Coming from Aberdeen on the A947 after Fyvie look for the sign to Seggat turn Left and follow the road until you see the Nettle Cottages Sign on your Right.

By Air
Aberdeen Airport is situated at Dyce on the north side of Aberdeen 29 miles from Nettle Cottages.
